My varsity jacket doesn't fit me anymore because

Growing up jimmy was a troubled youth
hanging with gangs and the wrong crew
with the wrong people at the wrong time
his mother said don't you start a life of crime
but he didn't listen even though he should've
he caught a couple cases when he was in the hood and
he had a few unsuccessful burglaries
he was trying to feed himself and his family
i'm not saying he was a saint
he did some shitty things out of hate
but a week ago jimmy was killed in cold blood
he never reached the age of 21
some people say they're glad he's gone
he'll burn in hell for what he's done
they're making jokes on they're computer
about an 18 year old who stripped of his future

and everyone's glad that he's gone

for what's become of her baby
